There are different levels of participation as follows:
The Basic level ($175) includes admission to the site, full participation in the immersive event, and food and drink for both days.
As a Benefactor, your extra contribution enables us to reach our funding goal sooner, and to offer a reduced fee for those who may have trouble paying the full fee. Benefactors will also receive a souvenir cantina cup. ($200)
Those who choose to attend as a VIP will be invited to an exclusive reception in the cantina with the Twin Suns Administrator, where you will enjoy a selection of drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) accompanied by stories of their origins and explanations of the ingredients by our resident chemists. Plus you will enjoy insider access to the Administrator, which could be to your advantage... ($250 - Limited to 10 people.) SOLD OUT
The Youngling level is for those aged 25 and younger, or anyone who can't afford the full fee. ($150 - This level is also appropriate for those who don't drink alcohol, as the Basic fee includes the cost of alcoholic drinks.)
Anyone who volunteers for Site Setup on Thursday, 4/30/26 and/or Teardown on Sunday 5/3/26 is exempt from paying registration fees. (Please contact the organizers before completing the form.)
All the funds we collect will be used SOLELY to cover expenses related to the event. Because we are a group of friends who are putting on this private event, and not a company or organization, we cannot hold the event until we make our base budget amount.
Once we reach that number, we are a GO! At that point, we will send you a PayPal link to pay. (Please use Friends & Family so that we receive the full amount and avoid getting hit with a tax assessment.) Any money collected above and beyond our base amount will be used to improve the event and upgrade the site.
Deadline for registration is December 1st. If we do NOT reach our minimum budget amount by then, the event will be canceled.
